The Som Essència gastronomic project closed 2023 with a torno of 17 million euros, 18% more than during the previous year

El partner i la fundació de Som Essència, Guillem Mitats, ha assassisat que les figures per al 2023 a través d'aquesta 2024 s optimisme: “Ell és possible per a l'excel·lent figure per a l'any just just behind”.
En aquest càrrec, el grup d'expectacions ha fet torns de 30 milions d'euros el 2024, ha sigut 6 establiments i reach 300 employees entre oficines i premises.
