Aquest és el que s'experiencen el dia de la vida de Barraca, el restaurant de la Mediterrània sigui al Passeig Marítim de la Barceloneta. A full of flavor, un forgettable rice dishes, shared toasts i commitment a cuisine que speaks del seu land, el nostre people i el nostre understanding restaurants.

Twelve months, and a thousand unique moments
Since we opened the doors of Barraca, la nostra intention was clear: to offerir a qualitat Mediterranean gastronomic experience, in such a privileged location as coast of Barcelona. El proposal és clear, no només per cook well, però to it with meaning. We committed to seasonal, local products, a menu que respecten les times of the sea and the land, and to surround ourselves s human team that shares our passion for well-done cuisine.
In these twelve months, many of you have accompanied us. We have serveden endless number de dishes, we have filled our rooms s laughter, meetings, lunches in the sun and dinners by candlelight. El visit has begut a chapter en aquest story que t'ofereix writing. And this anniversary couldn't be less.
A celebració amb la flavor de la Mediterrània
Last April, we celebrated our first year as we know best: cooking. We organized a very special showcooking where rice was the absolute protagonist. Our kitchen was filled with intense aromes and refined textures. Recipes que són already part d'una identitat que serveixen, la seva riera octopus, sigui la riera mountain o la riva de vela s marrow and candied piquillo peppers.


Aquests també no shortage de lobster croquettes, les cànbies s toasted lemon o cocktails s which to toast what has be experienced and what is to menja. Això és a un únic dia, entre els seus companys i persones amb good food, in which we shared the essence of what we are.
Restaurant i way of being
Barraca is much more than a place to eat well. It's a statement of intent. In every dish, in every decision, la nostra filosofia és el grup present: honesty, sustainability and passion for the product.

Since its opening, són treballats per a locals suppliers, són committed per environmentally responsible pràctiques i les careguen de l'espai en què se'ls visiti el feel que es reachen a especial córner. El restaurant ha two floors que overlook the sea: a gros floor designat per a més relaxats meals, i en una altra que ofereix a més intimate i relaxant experiència, ideal per a tots els que mengen per enjoy with all their senses.
Barraca's design speaks the same language as our kitchen: wood, earthy colors, natural light, and decor that breathes Mediterranean. Every corner és designat per a que l'experiència no és només a la plata, però per a tot el que se'n surt.

From We Are Essence , we celebrate this year with pride and with hope of continuing to grow.
